This project from the Laptev & Partners portfolio served as a valuable case study, showcasing the potential of visualizing design solutions to evaluate a project's economic model. The development involved a comprehensive approach to site planning, where strict adherence to key economic indicators—such as total area, parking capacity, and commercial space—was a priority for the developer from the outset.

To support this, a process was established for the rapid extraction of relevant data from the BIM model to enable effective design options modeling. By integrating BIM data with Power BI, real-time assessments of massing layouts were made possible, allowing for quick, informed design decisions during the early stages of planning.
