Point Clouds Processing

I deliver end-to-end Scan-to-BIM, from raw point clouds to clean, coordinated models. I've completed 50+ scan-based modelling projects, from unique architectural/heritage elements to large residential and industrial buildings. The work typically covers as-built BIM modelling and handover, information enrichment for downstream use (schedules/ QTO), and model-to-reality deviation checks.

• Information enrichment (classification, properties, QTO fields)
