“Levenson”

Located in the heart of Moscow, this elite residential complex is a unique development that blends a federally recognized cultural heritage monument with contemporary architectural elements. The project required careful integration of preservation and modern design.

One of my key responsibilities was to support the architectural team of Laptev&Partners in modeling according to the client's detailed design requirements. This included the creation of numerous custom BIM families based on real manufacturer specifications, ensuring accuracy and constructibility.

A notable case study within the project was the development of sheet metal façade elements designed in a copper-stylized finish. These elements followed a rhythmic pattern that progressively changed in size, in line with the architectural concept. Using Dynamo scripts and parametric modeling (via adaptive components), I efficiently generated each unique element and helped in production of corresponding detailed drawings to support fabrication.
