The cultural heritage building reconstruction was part of a larger development for a luxury residential complex "Lucky" by Vesper. The existing structure was captured using a point cloud, which served as the foundation for the reconstruction design and modeling process.

Supporting the architectural team of Laptev&Partners in BIM, I contributed to the detailed modeling of the building, focusing on custom façade elements such as windows, doors, and stucco work. My task was to help faithfully recreate the building's historic character while incorporating modern architectural solutions.
